Our cases are made to order, so cancellations are only possible within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact support for assistance.

Are coverama cases durable?

Coverama cases are made from durable TPU with a strong glass back, combining protection with a premium look.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

Our cases support wireless charging, but they’re not MagSafe magnetic. Charging pads work fine, but MagSafe accessories like wallets or power banks won’t stick.

What if my case arrives damaged?

We’ve got you covered. Just share a few photos or a short video with our support team, and we’ll ship you a free replacement right away.

What if I accidentally placed the wrong order and it has already been shipped?

You can request an exchange after delivery. We’ll pick up the wrong case and send you the correct one. There’s a small ₹200 handling fee to cover pickup and delivery costs.

What if my prepaid order doesn’t arrive or has a defect?

All prepaid orders come with Razorpay’s Money Back Promise,  you’ll get a 100% refund in case of non-delivery or product defects.
