- Once approved, our shipping partner will handle the return pickup at no extra cost to you.
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Any return request after the 7-day window will not be entertained.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are not allowed. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
